"Restore your vitality, the power to self-heal"

What We Do

NUTRITION

Proper nutrition is essential to address deficiencies and provides the body with all the essential nutrients required to restore vitality and the ability to self heal.

HERBAL MEDICINE

Medicinal herbs can assist in the process of restoring vitality and easing uncomfortable symptoms during the process of supporting the body in healing

THERAPY

Yoga can be used to assist in the healing of the body and mind and can be integrated into any program of healing from anxiety to arthritis and anything in between.

Reiki channels the healing energy from the universe to areas of the body that are in need, assisting the body in restoring vitality, or simply providing comfort in the process.

MISSION STATEMENT

As an herbalist and nutritionist,  I work with clients with the aim to restore their vitality, giving the body the power to self-heal.  The healing practice will focus on identifying the root cause of underlying symptoms or health conditions to work toward recovery or a better state of health.  Combing the practice of life style changes (proper nutrition to address the health issue and perhaps exercise), yoga to address mind, body and spiritual elements of healing, and reiki where appropriate to help the body along its healing path.  These healing practices can help the body to regain its vitality to achieve a state of good health.

CONSULTATIONS

Consultations will involve an in-depth health history assessment to gather important information to understand potential root cause(s) of ailments and general health status.  Evaluating the client's diet, nutritional status, supplements /medications, digestion and elimination, sleep patterns and current medical conditions, are all essential to assure the proper health plan or treatment.  The client will also be consulted on the best forms of treatment that would be most comfortable incorporating into their protocol.
